We believe there are two preferred ways to invest in real estate. You can invest in a real estate operating company which generates revenue; therefore dividends; by providing varying real estate services i.e. building sales, leasing, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, etc.

Another option is to invest in a commercial, industrial property, or multi-family property. If you’re not full-time in the real estate investment business, often times it makes better sense to invest alongside a “Sponsor” of a syndication of investors. This allows for partial interest so you don’t need to feel the burden of acquiring a property all on your own.
